Riverside Business Centre Ltd is a management company set up in 1990  company registration number: ********** and was set up to run Riverside Business Centre.

Riverside Business Centre is owned and managed by the Hawkins family.  Our aim is to create a friendly family atmosphere between the management team and our tenants.  We work closely with our tenants to ensure that they can run their businesses successfully.   

Riverside Business Centre is a 40,000sqft building comprising 20 commercial, light industrial and office business units for rent, ranging in size from 1000sqft up to 5000sqft covering ground floor and 1st floor.  There is a large car parking area to the front and further car parking at the rear of the building, where we have two loading bays serving the 1st floor units which can accommodate large container lorries.   

The building is covered by CCTV recording 24 hours, car parking areas are floodlit during the evening, and the building is covered by a sprinkler system.
